By accessing and using FreeTextoSpeech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.

Description of Service

FreeTextoSpeech provides a free online text-to-speech conversion tool. Users can enter text, select from available AI voices, adjust speed settings, and generate downloadable WAV audio files. The service is provided free of charge and does not require account registration.

Commercial Use Rights

Audio generated using FreeTextoSpeech may be used for both personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

  • YouTube videos and other online video content
  • Podcasts and audio content
  • Advertisements and marketing materials
  • E-learning courses and educational content
  • Presentations and business communications
  • Audiobook creation

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Impersonate a specific individual without their consent
  • Create deepfake or misleading audio intended to deceive
  • Overwhelm or disrupt the Service through automated mass requests
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
  • Resell access to the Service or the API

Usage Limits

The Service has a limit of 5,000 characters per request. We reserve the right to implement additional rate limits or usage restrictions to maintain service quality for all users. We may modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Audio quality may vary depending on input text, selected voice, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FreeTextoSpeech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the text you input. The generated audio may be used freely as described in the Commercial Use Rights section above. The FreeTextoSpeech brand, website design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
