FreeTextoSpeech gives you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use generated audio for personal, educational, and commercial purposes.

Use the audio in YouTube videos, podcasts, social media, ads, audiobooks, and games. No extra fees. No attribution needed.

2. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You keep all rights to the text you enter. You are solely responsible for having the necessary intellectual property rights and permissions for the scripts you convert.

Do not use the service to create defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or unlawful audio. Do not impersonate living individuals without their permission.

3. Service Availability and Rate Limits

The service is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To ensure fair access for everyone, we enforce rate limits and request size restrictions (e.g. 5,000 characters per conversion).

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeTextoSpeech and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If you continue using the service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
