Who should still pick Speechify
Speechify is a reading app first, and that matters more than voices or price. If you want to listen to things where they already are, a news article in Chrome, a PDF in your phone's files, it does that with a browser extension and mobile apps. We have neither. Here you copy the text or upload the file each time.
So stay with Speechify if you read for an hour or more most days, mostly on your phone, and the extension is part of how you browse. If you already pay for Premium and use it daily, $139 a year can be fair for that. Switching to save money and then missing the extension every day is a bad trade.
