FreeTextoSpeech is a free text to speech site with 54 AI voices in 9 languages. We read every message about broken downloads, missing voices, new tools, and accessibility needs. Include your browser, the page URL, and what you expected to happen. We usually reply by email. For a faster note, use Feedback or Request a tool at the bottom of any page.
Do not send passwords or private audio. Tool ideas are welcome: new languages, document formats, or studio features. Commercial-use questions are fine too. If you found this site through a comparison page, tell us which product you were leaving so we can keep those guides honest.

Bug Reports
Tell us the browser and device you are using, the voice you selected, and the text that caused the issue. If audio failed to download, let us know whether the player loaded or showed an error.
Feature Requests
We love hearing ideas for new voices, languages, export formats, or integrations. The more detail about your use case, the better we can evaluate it.
Commercial Use
Audio generated with FreeTextoSpeech is free for commercial use without attribution. If you have questions about specific licensing scenarios or high-volume usage, reach out.
Audio Quality
If a voice mispronounced a specific word, let us know the exact text and the expected pronunciation. We regularly update our pronunciation dictionaries.
Common Questions Before You Write
Can I use generated audio in commercial projects?
Yes. All audio generated on FreeTextoSpeech is yours to use commercially, including on YouTube, in podcasts, audiobooks, and games, with no attribution required.
Is there an API available?
We do not offer a public API at this time. The tool is designed for direct in-browser use. If you need batch generation, let us know your use case.
Why did my audio fail to generate?
Most failures are caused by network timeouts or text exceeding the per-request limit (5,000 characters without an account, 10,000 signed in, 20,000 on a paid plan). Try shortening your text or switching to a different voice.
