Premium voices use plan credits; Standard voices use your character allowance. Credits come back 30 days after you use them, so a big job early in the month does not leave you stuck for good. Your balance is on the dashboard.

Open the dashboard and choose Manage billing to update your card, download invoices, change or cancel your plan. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Any payment can be fully refunded within 14 days.

Sign-in links by email work once and expire after 15 minutes, so always use the newest one. Check spam and promotions folders. Use the same email (or the same Google account) you paid with, or your plan will not show.

The free voices are shared by everyone, so at peak times they can be busy for a minute. Wait a moment and try again, pick another voice, or split very long text. If it fails again and again, send us the error and the voice.

Pro and Studio plans include Pro Studio. Right after paying, your plan takes up to a minute to switch on: refresh the page. Make sure you are signed in with the email you paid with. Still locked after that? Contact us and we will fix it.

Use the Download button under the player once the audio is ready. On iPhone and iPad the file goes to the Files app, in Downloads. If a browser cannot make an MP3, download the WAV instead: it always works.
